Cleft involving the lip and palate are most commonly seen congenital deformities that occurs at time of birth. They not life threatening unless associated with some syndromes having systemic complications. Alveolar bone grafting is a common modalities treatment for improving patients CLCP multidisciplinary approach. This article discusses secondary alveolar graft in detail future prospects.
